Godrej Properties, a prominent real estate developer, wins the bid for a 6.45-acre group housing plot in Noida’s premium Sector 44, with a total bid value of ?506 crore. The firm will develop the plot, spanning over 26,000 sq m, after winning the land parcel through an e-auction conducted by the Noida Authority in December 2023.
