IIT Gandhinagar is inviting proposals for the selection of a Transaction Advisor (TA). The advisor will provide transaction advisory services for the selection of a private sector entity and facilitate Viability Gap Funding (VGF) for financing, constructing, operating, maintaining, and transferring infrastructure on a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT) basis under a public-private partnership (PPP) model.
