Global Health Secures MHADA Land Parcel for New Hospital

Global Health has been offered a land parcel measuring 8,859.24 sq. meters by the Mumbai Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for approximately Rs 125.11 crores on a lease basis, following online e-tenders issued by MHADA. Located at Mauje-Oshiwara, Jogeshwari, CTS No. 31, 32 (part), 33 (part), 37 (part), Mumbai, Maharashtra, this land can accommodate the construction of a 500+ bedded hospital with an estimated project capex of Rs 1,200 crore.
