Work on the 66 kV substation at Gurugram’s Basai water treatment plant is advancing as GMDA aims to complete it before next summer to resolve long-standing power supply issues. Allocated in May last year with a ?23.4 crore budget, the project is expected to miss its 18-month deadline.
