Ingka Centre to Invest ?5,500 Crore in Office, Retail, Hotel Spaces

Ingka Centres, part of the Ingka Group, has announced the development of Lykli Noida, its second meeting place in India and a significant retail project in the Delhi NCR region. With an investment of ?5,500 crores, Lykli Noida will feature a mix of retail, dining, hospitality, and entertainment, anchored by an IKEA store. The complex, spanning 47,833 sq. m, will create over 9,000 jobs and attract 25 million visitors annually. Located strategically 15 km east of Delhi and connected by two metro lines, it aims for LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications, emphasizing sustainability and community engagement. The project was unveiled at an event attended by key dignitaries including the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and representatives from Ingka Centres and IKEA.
