Adani Power Limited has proposed a significant expansion of the Raigarh Thermal Power Plant in Chhattisgarh. The plan involves adding 1,600 MW (2×800 MW) of ultra-supercritical technology to the existing 600 MW unit. The expansion will take place across several villages, including Chhote Bhandar, Bade Bhandar, Sarvani, and Amli Bhanuna, in Tehsil Pussore, District Raigarh.
