Century Real Estate is set to invest ?3,500 crore over the next five years to develop office spaces in Bengaluru. Expanding its commercial segment, the firm plans to build 4.5 million square feet of office space in north Bengaluru, including the development of a second tower in the Downtown Hebbal project, in partnership with Godrej Fund.
