Ashwin Sheth Group to Develop ?3,800 Crore Housing Project in Goregaon

Ashwin Sheth Group has acquired development rights for a four-acre land parcel in Goregaon West, Mumbai, from the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA). The proposed large-scale residential project is expected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ?3,800 crore and will add approximately 12 lakh sq. ft. of RERA carpet area to the companys expanding portfolio.
