Aster DM Healthcare to Develop Rs.580 Crore Hospital Project in Bengaluru

Aster DM Healthcare plans to invest Rs. 580 crore in a new 500-bed multi-specialty hospital at Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru. This will be Aster’s fifth hospital in the city, raising its total bed capacity in Bengaluru to 2,580 and reinforcing its position among the top three healthcare providers locally. Spread across 5 lakh sq. ft, the facility will follow a Built-to-Suit (BTS) model, aligning with Aster’s asset-light expansion strategy. The hospital is expected to become operational in the second half of FY 2028–2029.
