BMRCL partners with Embassy REIT for Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station

Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL)

BMRCL has signed a definitive agreement with Embassy Office Parks REIT for the construction of the Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) line under Phase-2A of the Bengaluru Metro. The 17-km corridor from Central Silk Board to Krishnarajapura will have 16 stations, including the newly named ‘Embassy Techvillage Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station. Vikas Telecom Private Limited, part of Embassy REIT, will invest Rs 100 crore in the station’s development. BMRCL will grant naming rights, advertisement space, commercial areas, and direct connectivity for 30 years.
