BSNL to deploy Indias first private 5G network for NRL

BSNL has signed an MoU with Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) to establish a private 5G network, marking Indias first captive non-public network (CNPN) in the refinery sector. The initiative aims to provide secure, ultra-reliable, and real-time industrial connectivity to support NRLs mission-critical operations, ushering in a new phase of digital transformation in the oil and gas industry.
