Calstar Sponge plans to expand its existing Steel Plant by installing a Sponge Iron Plant comprising 2×200 TPD DRI Kilns, 4×15 T Induction Furnaces, and a 400 TPD Rolling Mill. Additionally, the expansion includes an 8 MW capacity WHRB based Captive Power Plant. The proposed site is located at IKRA village, Paschim Bardhaman District, West Bengal.
