WOLP II Warehouse plans to develop a logistics park with warehouses and allied facilities at Plot Nos. 201 to 205 in Sector 2 and Plot Nos. 306 to 308 in Sector 3, SEZ Processing Zone/FTWZ, JNPA SEZ Area, Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra. The plot area of the project is 1,81,625.00 m2, FSI area is 2,72,383.39 m2 and the total construction area is 3,50,011.41 m2. The environmental clearance is still pending.
