Industrial Zone Sector News India
The Delhi government has finalised a proposal to develop three industrial zones at Kanjhawala, Ranikhera and Baprola totaling approximately 1,200 acres to host non-polluting, high-technology industries. Project scope includes master planning, plug-and-play infrastructure, roads, power, digital connectivity, waste and water management, common facilities, land allotment mechanisms, PPP structuring, incentive frameworks and phased development to attract AI, biotech and advanced robotics firms. Ranikhera and Baprola parcels will feature electronic-city style plug-and-play plots.
