Earthstar Ventures plans to setup a 35 MW captive power plant at Village Dhauha, Tehsil Chunar, District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, to support its upcoming steel manufacturing operations. The project will feature a 20 MW Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) system utilizing waste gases from sponge iron production, along with a 15 MW Fluidized Bed Combustion (FBC) boiler using solid fuels. This integrated power setup is designed to ensure energy efficiency and uninterrupted supply for the steel plant.
