ebm-papst to set up third manufacturing plant near Chennai

Ebm-Papst India Private Limited

Germany-based ebm-papst Group will invest Rs 340 crore to establish a new manufacturing facility in Sunguvarchatram, near Chennai, its third plant in India. Spread over 14 acres, the facility will quadruple its current production capacity and generate 700 jobs upon full commissioning, with 500 positions in the initial phase.
