EC Amendment Sought by Meridian Polymers for CETP

Meridian Polymers has requested an amendment in their Environmental Clearance for Sy.No.169/Part-2, Village Manhalli, Bidar, Karnataka. The request seeks to extend the permission for the disposal of wastewater to the CETP operated by M/s Mother Earth Environ Tech Pvt Ltd for an additional four years, until a captive Effluent and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) treatment system is established onsite. This extension pertains to specific conditions (ii) and (x) granted in the original Environmental Clearance dated 7th January 2020.
