Siddhi Group, in partnership with Anex Advisory, is launching a 400-acre eco-luxury wellness project in Mulshi, between Mumbai and Pune. Inspired by Balinese wellness resorts, the development focuses on sustainable design and luxury hospitality. The first phase will cover 15 acres, offering nature-centric living amid forests, hills, and waterfalls.
