Elan Group Plans Residential Project in Gurugram

Elan Group has announced plans to invest approximately Rs 1,600 crore to develop a residential project in Sector 49, Gurugram. The project, Elan The Statement, will be developed on around six acres. Phase I includes 230 four-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 4,300 to 4,500 sq ft.
