EMotorad to Launch South Asia’s Largest E-Cycle Gigafactory in Pune

EMotorad, a Pune-based electric cycle manufacturer, is gearing up to unveil its new factory in August 2024. The company plans to construct the e-cycle gigafactory in four phases, aiming to establish it as the largest in South Asia, surpassing counterparts outside China. With a recent significant investment secured, EMotorad is on track to complete the first phase of factory construction in Ravet, Pune. The facility, spanning 240,000 square feet, is scheduled to commence operations on August 15, with a capacity to produce 500,000 e-cycles.
