Environmental clearance is sought for the expansion of the Narayanposhi Iron & Manganese Ore Mine, located in Sundargarh, Odisha. The project involves increasing iron ore production to 10 MTPA (ROM) and overburden excavation to 4.216 MTPA, along with manganese ore production of 0.036 MTPA. The expansion will include the installation of mobile crushing and screening plants, a 2000 TPH Crushing Plant Unit (CPU), a 6.0 MTPA grinding and beneficiation plant, and a slurry pumping station to transport iron ore concentrate.
