Environmental clearance sought for hospital project in Varanasi

Apollomedics International Lifesciences Ltd is seeking environmental clearance for the proposed hospital project in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, with a total plot area of 13,103 sq.m and a built-up area of 44,722 sq.m. The hospital will house 457 beds. The site, originally designated as residential in the Varanasi Master Plan 2031, has been approved for hospital development through a land use change sanctioned by the Varanasi Development Authority, as per their letter dated 26.06.2023.
