ESIC Expands Network with 97 New Hospitals in the Last Decade

The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) provides comprehensive medical care, including treatment, drugs, specialist consultation, and hospitalization, to insured persons and their families. This is achieved through a vast network of 165 ESI hospitals and 1,590 dispensaries nationwide. Over the past 10 years, a total of 97 new ESI hospitals have been approved across India, further expanding access to healthcare services for workers and their dependents, as reported in the Lok Sabha.
