Environmental clearance is received for the 3,087 MW Etalin hydroelectric project in Dibang Valley, Arunachal Pradesh. Designed as a run-of-river scheme on Dri and Tangon rivers, the project includes concrete gravity dams, dual waterway systems, and spans 1,175 hectares.
