Expansion of Zyva Residency Mixed-Use Project at Vatva

An expansion has been proposed for the mixed-use building project – Zyva Residency, located at Moje Vatva, Ahmedabad. The project previously received environmental clearance dated 11 August 2024 for a plot area of 9,834 sq. m with a built-up area of 30,750.28 sq. m and FSI area of 20,856.27 sq. m. As per the revised plan, the net plot area remains unchanged at 9,834 sq. m, while the total built-up area and FSI area will increase to 34,337.06 sq. m and 23,124.99 sq. m respectively, requiring amendment to the environmental clearance.
