Five Underpasses Planned in Kushinagar at ?111 Crore

The foundation stone has been laid for five vehicular underpasses in Kushinagar—Baghnath, Ken Union Chowk, Fazilnagar, Salemgarh, and Patheria. These projects, aimed at reducing congestion and road accidents, are being developed by the National Highways Authority of India at an estimated cost of ?111 crore. With a total length of 5.4 km, the underpasses are scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, enhancing regional connectivity and improving road safety in the area.
