GAIL and RRVUNL Sign MoU for Gas Power Plant Transfer

GAIL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (RRVUNL) to explore the transfer of two gas-based power plants located in Dholpur and Ramgarh. These plants may be transferred to a proposed joint venture company (JVC). Detailed due diligence and feasibility studies will be conducted to determine the techno-commercial viability of the projects before the formation of the JVC.
