GAIL to transport LNG via NagpurJharsuguda pipeline

GAIL is set to transport LNG from Adani Groups Dhamra terminal in Odisha through its NagpurJharsuguda pipeline. The MumbaiNagpur section, aligned with the Samruddhi Expressway, will be charged soon, with Butibori receiving first supplies within a month. The facility will allow two-way pumping, ensuring steady supply from both east and west coast terminals. The Rs. 10,000 crore Dhamra terminal, with 5 MTPA capacity, is expandable to 6.5 MTPA and currently handles LNG, coal, and iron ore.
