GHMC Plans New Link Road at Masab Tank

GHMC plans a new link road from Masab Tank near Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital to NH-65 at Khairatabad to reduce congestion via Banjara Hills Road No. 1. A consultant will deliver a feasibility report in 40 days, followed by draft and final DPRs. The study covers road alignment, drainage, utilities, lighting, and traffic forecasting. This long-term project aims to enhance connectivity under GHMC’s Road Development Plan, supporting Hyderabad’s traffic needs for the next 25–30 years.
