Ginni Devi Goel Foundation has proposed the development of a 500-bedded hospital under the name Ginni Devi Goel Manipal Hospitals. The project includes the construction of a nursing college, nursing hostel, doctor housing, and a guest house block. The total built-up area of the hospital and its ancillary facilities is 61,000.19 sq.m, comprising 48,171.17 sq.m of construction and 12,829.02 sq.m of parking area.
