GMC’s Rs 150 Crore Tertiary Water Treatment Plant to Begin Operations by Nov 15

Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation (GMC)’s tertiary water treatment plant, constructed at a cost of Rs 150 crore, is set to become operational by November 15. The plant, which is 95% complete, will supply treated water to over 1,700 industries for non-potable use in the Sahibabad Industrial Area. Currently, water testing is being conducted in phases, with the final phase focusing on the underground water reservoir.
