Golden Tower Infratech seeks EC amendment for IT/ITES SEZ in Noida

Golden Tower Infratech Private Limited

Golden Tower Infratech has applied for an amendment in the Environmental Clearance for its IT/ITES SEZ at Plot No. 8, Sector 144, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The earlier clearance, granted in January 2021, covered a plot area of 100,050 sq. m and a built-up area of 3,52,159.43 sq. m. The proposed amendment involves increasing the building height by adding eight more floors, changing the structure from 2B+G+8 to 2B+G+16, while keeping the plot and built-up areas unchanged.
