The project will consist of a Basement, Stilt, 1st to 19th Floors, Terrace, and other utilities (including Swimming Pool, UG Sumps, STP, SWM, Substation Yard, Transformer Yard, DG Yard, and Security Room). The development will comprise 276 dwelling units. The total built-up area is 63,147 sq.m, situated on a land area of 10,808.99 sq.m.
