The development, located on S.No 653 P, CTS No. 2942, 2943, 2996, 2997, 2998, and 2999 in Taluka Haveli, will feature a proposed FSI of 57,465.29 sq. m, non-FSI of 59,768.75 sq. m, and a total built-up area of 1,17,234.04 sq. m.
