Horizon Industrial Parks proposes an industrial, warehousing, and storage project over 283,077.17 sq.m (69.95 acres) at Villages Pathreri and Bhudka, District Gurugram, Haryana. The project will include manufacturing, assembling, and storage facilities with a total built-up area of 174,009.90 sq.m. The land use has been approved for conversion from warehouse (non-agro produce) to Industrial Unit (Orange Category) by GMDA under CLU approval dated 30 October 2024.
