HPCL invites bids for Mumbai Refinery IHCD and SDA units EPCC

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL)

HPCL plans to setup integrated hydro-cracker and catalytic dewaxing (IHCD) unit and solvent deasphalting (SDA) unit under the Lube Modernization & Bottom Upgradation (LMBU) project at Mumbai Refinery. Engineers India Limited (EIL) acts as PMC. The scope covers engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and performance testing, with a 30-month timeline from Letter of Acceptance issuance.
