The project involves construction of six industrial blocks with ground and mezzanine floors along with utility buildings. The development is planned on a land area of 2,06,349 sq. m. (20.6349 ha) with a total built-up area of 1,27,539.02 sq. m. and has been submitted for environmental clearance.
