An industrial building project has been proposed at Plot Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 6 in SIPCOT Industrial Park (Sriperumbudur Phase IV), Mambakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu. The project covers a land area of 1,86,438.70 sq. m. with a total built-up area of 1,40,963.97 sq. m. and involves production of approximately 700 door drive units per month and 1,000 door leaf units per month for metro and EMU trains, along with lightweight fabricated parts for construction machinery.
