Innovators Facade Secures Rs. 93.77 Crore DLF Downtown Glazing Works

Innovators Facade Systems has received a letter of intent from DLF Info Park Developers (Chennai) to deliver design, supply, installation and commissioning of façade glazing for Blocks 4 and 5 at the DLF Downtown development in Taramani, Chennai. The scope covers engineering design validation, manufacturing and factory acceptance of unitised glazing systems, site erection, sealant and waterproofing works, ancillary support structures, testing and handover. The contract is domestic and is scheduled for completion within 14 months from commencement, with project management, quality control, and performance testing included in the execution plan.
