WSI Falcon Infra Projects has proposed construction of a commercial building complex for IT/ITES and office space over a land area of 26,426 sq.m with a total built-up area of 1,19,053 sq.m. The development comprises Block 1 with two towers (Ground Floor + 1st to 4th Floors + 5th Floor Part + Terrace), Block 2 utility building (Ground Floor + 1st to 2nd Floors + Terrace), and three-level combined extended basements along with utilities including security cabins, substation yard, HSD storage yard and gas bank. The project is presently under environmental clearance appraisal.
