J Kumar Infraprojects has been awarded a Rs. 1,073 crore project by NBCC for the development of Silicon City Phase-IV at Sector 76, Noida. The project, secured on a design, engineering, procurement, and construction basis, includes a two-year operation and maintenance contract. The execution cost is approximately Rs.1,057 crore, with an operation and maintenance cost of over Rs.15.4 crore. The project is scheduled for completion within two years.
