The environmental clearance is sought the proposed Residential Complex named Jaltarang at Holding No. 9; Premises No.09, B G T Road, Sultanpur Mouza; Bhadrakali, Uttarpara-Kotrung Municipality, Hooghly, West Bengal. There would be five blocks of B+G+XII storied buildings having maximum height of 39.86 meter. The project will have a Sewage Treatment Plant of Capacity -160 KLD and a Swimming pool. The Contract Demand of the project will be 1199 kVA. 4 nos. DG set of 500 kVA capacity would be installed to cater to the back-up power of the project. The fire detection and suppression system centrally monitored, CCTV security system and adequate parking facilities would be available at site.
