Kadavanthra Residential-Cum-Commercial Complex project

Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA)

GCDA plans to develop twin towers on an 80-cent plot in Kadavanthra, currently occupied by the old GCDA quarters. The existing building will be demolished to make way for two towers and a shared commercial area. One tower will house GCDA quarters, while the second tower will be managed by a private firm. A three-storey commercial building will be operated by GCDA. This project will be developed under a public-private partnership (PPP) model.
