Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board is proposing the establishment of Knowledge, Wellbeing and Innovative City (KWIN City) Phase 3 over 1,051.01 acres (425.33 ha) across Survey Nos. 18 of J.I. Agrahara, 12, 1449, 6672 of Tharabanahalli, and 139, 145160, 163166, 168183, 232252, 262293 and 295306 of Hulikunte Village in Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. The project involves development of an industrial area.
