L&T Bags Platinum LEED IT Park in Bengaluru

Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical has secured a major contract for a large-scale IT park in Bengaluru, India, spanning 5.9 million sq. ft. and set to be executed in two phases on a lumpsum turnkey basis, encompassing six 14-storey towers with A-grade office spaces. The entire facility is designed to achieve USGBC New Building Platinum LEED certification, and the comprehensive scope covers civil construction, façade glazing, lighting, HVAC, electrical systems, elevators, GIS substation, solar PV, and complete landscaping.
