MAH and BDO/THF Plant Proposed at IOCL Panipat Complex

Installation of a new chemical manufacturing unit is proposed at the Panipat Naphtha Cracker Complex, with a capacity of 120 KTA Maleic Anhydride (MAH) and 40 KTA 1,4-Butanediol (BDO)/Tetra Hydrofuran (THF). The plant and associated facilities will be set up on land located on the eastern side of IOCL-Panipat. This project aims to boost domestic production of key industrial chemicals used in polymers, resins, and specialty materials.
