Maharashtra launches Rs. 1,468 crore medical and educational complex in Gadchiroli

Maharashtra has initiated construction of a Rs. 1,468 crore integrated medical and educational complex in Sironcha taluka, Gadchiroli district. Spread across 264 acres, the project includes a 350-bed multispecialty hospital, medical college, and institutes for engineering, dentistry, and nursing. The complex will expand healthcare and education infrastructure in the region and reduce dependence on distant urban centres. The development forms part of the state’s broader strategy to foster balanced regional growth.
