Marathon Nexzone has launched Phase III of its township in Panvel, introducing The Nirvana Collection across 3 acres with four premium towers and a retail promenade valued at Rs. 600 crore. The phase enhances integrated township infrastructure through co-working areas, leisure amenities, commercial frontage, and modern residential capacity. The project reinforces Panvel’s emergence as a major hub for large-scale township-based urban development.
