Max Healthcare Institute plans to expand capacity to 9,500 beds by 2028 through brownfield and greenfield projects, up from 5,000 beds in FY25, with 6,000 expected shortly. The company recently commissioned a 160-bed tower at Max Mohali, leased a 130-bed facility in Dehradun, and exited two smaller hospitals for Rs.40 crore to focus on super-specialty care in major cities.
