Micro Mitti has launched Madhuvan Township, India’s first healthy homes community, located behind the Sheraton Hotel on Indore’s 75-metre RE3 bypass. Spread across 30 acres and designed by architect Sanjay Puri, the township features 465 residential plots with 55 percent open green space. Homes are designed for optimal airflow and heat reduction using native plantations, shaded corridors, and murram pathways.
